1 - SHIPPING CONDITIONS:
1. 1 - National shipping
We ship to mainland Portugal, Azores and Madeira.
*Free shipping in Portugal for orders equal to or greater than €40.
1.2 - International shipping
Alberto Viana & Victor Botelho Lda , sends international shipments to the following countries:
Andorra; Spain; France; Luxembourg; UK; Switzerland
*Discount of €5.80 on the shipping value on orders equal to or greater than €40.

Delivery times may differ for each country. After the purchase and respective payment and confirmation, the order will be shipped and delivered directly to the address indicated by the customer.
International shipments are limited to 2 kg .
(For orders with a higher weight, you should contact us via email envios@bertoviana.com ).
International users should contact their local customs services to make sure that the item they wish to purchase can enter their country before placing an order.
Alberto Viana & Victor Botelho Lda is not responsible for any additional costs or delays if the item is refused by customs.
2 - DELIVERIES AND RETURNS:
2.1 - Shipping and delivery
The delivery of orders will be made to the address indicated by the user at the time of ordering. The delivery of the product can be made at home or at any other address indicated by the subscriber.
Shipments are made from Monday to Friday inclusive (except holidays).
Delivery costs are communicated to users at the time of ordering.
Once the order has been placed, the user receives confirmation in his/her email.
2.2 - Right not to accept the order or cancel the purchase
Alberto Viana & Victor Botelho Lda reserves the right to cancel any order, even if it has already been confirmed, in the following situations, exempt from liability for any damages or costs:
• The product is no longer available (payment will be refunded);
• Billing information is not correct or verifiable;
• The order is flagged by our Security Systems as an incorrect order or an order susceptible to fraud;
• Payment is not received within 24 hours after acceptance of the order;
• If there is evidence that the consumer is under 18 years of age;
• If there is evidence that the consumer is not an end consumer;
• If it is detected that the price indicated on the website is wrong;
• If it is not possible to deliver the order to the respective address.
3 - Returns
Upon receiving the order, you must check that all products are in good condition and that no damage occurred during transport.

(You must indicate the order number and which item is damaged)
Otherwise, the goods are deemed to be delivered in perfect condition.
To make the return, it must be made within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of delivery to the following address:
